Children living in low-resource settings with cancer are much less likely to survive than children in high-resource settings1. In the next two episodes we explore reasons for this and how we can address this disparity.
Dr Kristin Schroeder is an Assistant Professor of global health and paediatrics at Duke Global Health Institute. In this episode, Dr Schroeder shares her experience of setting up a paediatric oncology programme in the lake zone of Tanzania.
